What the Word of God Can Teach Us About Marriage

Where do you turn for marital guidance?  Tabloids at the checkout stands?  Self-help books?  Friends and family that aren’t walking with the Lord?  How about the Word of God, the source of where the institution of marriage was created in the first place.  Yep, the Bible is filled with answers to all of our marital issues because the Lord is the best Marriage Counselor we’ll ever have.

So I wrote this book (if you haven’t already noticed) about how we can learn to walk as a Godly wife, and within the book I share about real wives with real marriages (and real issues!)

There are 25 wives that I share about and I’m sure you’ll relate to many of them just like I have.  And within the book you’ll find 25 lessons you can apply to your own marriage. Each wife gives us a lesson to learn no matter where you’re at in your marital journey or in your walk with the Lord.  (By the way, this is a great book for newlyweds and brides-to-be because it’ll  help them start their marriage off on the right path.)

I’ve intentionally kept the book short because I know you’re busy with life.  This was one of the reasons why I opted not to pursue the path of writing this book using a traditional publisher.  Publishers have certain word count requirements in order to make a buck, and while I respect that, I felt it was more important to consider you, the reader and your hectic schedule.  So I’ve kept the book manageable.

There is a wealth of Biblical wisdom woven throughout the lives of these wives and the beauty of our God is that His Word gives us everything we need in order to have the type of marriage that God intended!  It doesn’t matter if you feel unloved, forsaken, angry, bitter or unsure of how to go about living a Christ-centered marriage, the lessons in this book are designed to encourage and equip you in your marital journey.  I can guarantee you that your life will be transformed as a result of reading this book.  Yep, that’s a pretty strong statement I just made but the reason why I can say it so emphatically is because the book is filled with the Word of God and the Word of God transforms lives!  It’s powerful, life-changing stuff.
