Loving Your Husband When He Doesn't Want Your Love

Sounds a little odd, doesn’t it?  Who doesn’t want to be loved, right?  In this video, my husband and I address this concern from one of my readers.

Dear Jolene,

How do I love my husband who does not want to be loved? He says he married me because of the children. It was for the benefit of them. I used to think it wasn’t such a bad idea. I wanted to try and keep that family unit. We were two people living together for almost 20 years and had two children out of wedlock! (I’m embarrassed when I think of that) We were married in April 2010. I actually rededicated my life to Jesus during Easter of 2009. Marriage is extremely difficult in a relationship not on the same wave length.

Signed,

A reader
